![]() They can unarchive it, but the official version of Waterfox won't run. ![]() They are still unable to get Waterfox to run on their (still-in-support) version of Linux. There have even been a growing number of comments made by people running an older version of their distro that is still supported, and will be for at least another year or so, having this same problem. ![]() But I noticed something else when I have been commenting about this problem. The developers may be saying "Ya, this dude just isn't updating, why go to all the trouble right? What's one dude if we lose him to another browser right?" Now when I state that I am using an older version of my distro, everyone just says "Update your distro" "Hey dude, it's bad to be running an older distro anyway, just update the distro and this problem will all go away", etc. Also, on my system, the waterfox or waterfox-classic or waterfox-current or waterfox-bin program, all programs which are supposed to fall under the file classification "executable" do not fall under this, they show as "shared library". You can click on it until the left mouse button breaks, just won't start up. I have been commenting on this for, well, every release of Waterfox Classic and/or Current since I started using it.
